A fueling facility in Tanknology’s Western Plains region requested a TankCam inspection of a 10,000 gallon fiberglass tank to inspect for undesirable conditions or abnormal operating conditions. The tank held regular unleaded.

The TankCam inspection revealed sludge and a ball float on the tank floor. The inspection also found crack and water ingress in the bottom sidewall near the fill end of the tank.

A fueling facility in Tanknology’s Southwest region requested a TankCam inspection of a 20,000 gallon fiberglass tank to inspect for undesirable conditions or abnormal operating conditions. The tank held regular unleaded.

The TankCam inspection revealed drips falling from the area around the STP manway. The inspection also showed multiple cracks in the tank walls. Several of the cracks exhibited moisture staining around them, indicating a possible water ingress.

A fueling facility in Tanknology’s Northeast region requested a TankCam inspection of a 6,000 gallon fiberglass tank to inspect for undesirable conditions or abnormal operating conditions. The tank held diesel. The customer also requested a TankClean Remote Video UST Cleaning.

The TankCam inspection revealed a considerable amount of sludge built on the bottom and sides of the tank. After the TankClean Remote Video UST Cleaning, the TankCam shows that the sludge had been removed and the tank was clean. The tank was was later placed back into service.
