A fueling facility in Tanknology’s Southeast region requested a TankCam® inspection of a 12,000 gallon steel tank to inspect for undesirable conditions or abnormal operating conditions. The tank held regular unleaded.

The TankCam inspection showed the tank bottom exhibited a build-up of sediment and debris, including a broken drop tube and several pieces of the broken drop tube. Various levels of corrosion were observed on most interior tank surfaces.
