A fueling facility in Tanknology’s Ohio Valley region requested a TankCam inspection of a 4,000 gallon fiberglass tank to inspect for undesirable conditions or abnormal operating conditions. The tank held regular unleaded.

The TankCam inspection showed liquid dripping down the walls of the tank in numerous locations. The inspection also found liquid dripping from the top of the tank, near a bung. The source of the liquid could not be determined as there was no obvious point of ingress. The STP shaft was also covered with heavy corrosion.
