A fueling facility in Tanknology’s Southwest region requested a TankCam® inspection of a 8,000 gallon fiberglass tank to inspect for undesirable conditions or abnormal operating conditions. The tank held diesel.

The TankCam inspection revealed discoloration and residue throughout the tank. Residue and sludge was found on the tank bottom and several areas of exposed fibers were found inside the tank. Corrosion was also found on the riser bungs.
