Hurricane Harvey has finally moved on following a devastating impact on our home state of Texas. With rain in historic proportions and flooding in so many areas at unprecedented levels – it was the worst storm in the history of the state.

As the remainder of the storm has traveled out of the region and owners and operators of fueling facilities in the affected areas are just starting to have the opportunity to assess the impact to their sites, it will be time to put together a plan to get the facilities back into operation.
